I Will Never Forget

Do you remember where you were 8 years ago today?

I was 20 years old and in college. I was home that morning because I had a dentist appointment. I heard my dad yell from the living room and when I ran in there we watched in absolute horror as the second plane hit.
I was numb. My mind could not process what I was watching. I was scared. I didn’t know what was going on or why. I didn’t understand who would do such a thing. I wanted answers.
My heart and prayers go out to those who lost family members and loved ones on that fateful day eight years ago.

We will never forget.

  1. I was watching GMA while working out at our colleges rec center. They cut in right after the first plane had hit and I watched live as the next ones hit. I finished and ran back to my dorm room to keep watching. Supidly, I went to class, where we immediately turned on the big projector and watched tv until the prof came and told us that class was cancelled.

  2. How could I ever forget something so tragic…I was at a job learning center when they came in and announced what had just happened. My heart and prayers go out to the families left behind.
